FPCiQ

FPC’s Joint Venture FPCiQ is located in the south-east of China. With 2 distinct areas dedicated to Fine Chemicals (33,000 m²) and Pharmaceuticals (API site, 44,000 m²) the total reactor capability is both large and varied. The total capacity is 450,000L for fine chemicals and 5,700L for APIs, with substantial growth potential. The site was selected with the long-term vision of reserving dedicated areas for capital investment in expansion and new technologies. FPC’s customers benefit from flexible and tailored outsourcing and manufacturing arrangements, without the need to make the long-term commitments demanded by internal capital expenditure.

The site has an API production licence, Environmental Management System Certificate and an ISO 9001:2000 certification.

The equipment includes -

Kilo-lab equipped with 20L glass reactor.
A dedicated pilot plant with 15 reactors ranging from 100L to 1000L
Several multifunctional workshops
Temp range from -100°C to 300°C (including Birch reduction conditions)
Reactor pressure up to 5 Mpa (725 psi)
A total of over 240 reactors (steel-, glass- and porcelain-lined)
