JV Agreement

FPC has entered a JV agreement with a manufacturing partner in China which will initiate its launch into the international API market during 2007-2008 with cGMP and FDA approvable facilities.

Birch Reduction

FPC has commissioned its Birch Reduction facility with capability in excess of -40°C Ammonia handling. Initial production will be demonstrated by the production of 3-Butyn-1-ol, which also incorporates FPC's expertise in Acetylinic chemistry, the handling of Ethylene oxide and Sodium dispersion. This facility is available for contract manufacturing at the multi-tonne scale.
